SHIPPING, PAYMENT & RETURNS POLICY

Saanjh India Team would like to make your online shopping experience as pleasant as possible, so our shipping methods and policies have been designed to get your order to you quickly and efficiently.

SHIPPING OF PRODUCTS

  1. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
  2. Please note: to guarantee delivery, we recommend your parcel to be sent to an address where there will be someone (yourself or alternative person such as family member, neighbour, colleague, etc.) to receive it as a signature will be required upon delivery. However, Saanjh India takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  3. If an incorrect delivery address is provided or a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, an extra postage charge will apply to send it again.
  4. Every effort will be made to have your products delivered on the date you have requested but specific delivery times or dates cannot be guaranteed and may take longer.

Domestic Shipping

  1. All orders are packed individually and to a high standard & are processed within 1-3 working days.  The items will be shipped and then received by you within 5 – 7 business days* within India. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days.
  2. Shipping Charges: Shipping & handling is free for all domestic orders (i.e. shipping address is within India). This may change as per our marketing policy in the future. You shall be informed on the checkout page in case of any such changes.
  3. GST Invoice: We ship all packages (retail & bulk) with an invoice that can be found along with the product. If after receiving the package, you need another invoice, please email us and we will send out a soft copy.

International Shipping**

  1. We offer worldwide shipping to most countries.
  2. All international orders are packed individually and to a high standard & are processed within 3-5 working days.
  3. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business days*.
  4. Shipping Charges: Varies depending on the country. Kindly select your country on the checkout page to get an exact shipping charge quote.
  5. Saanjh India cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to customs activities in respective countries, neither we nor the delivery company have control of this. Please note each country has different customs clearance levels. Although most countries accept all imports some items may be refused entry to a specific country.
  6. *Update: 12.08.2021 – Delivery standards shall not be followed as per citizens charter due to the pandemic situation until further notice.

Tracking Your Order

  1. Once your order ships, a tracking number will be created.
  2. You will be notified by email once your items have been dispatched & tracking details & link shall be shared with you.
  • You can use the link to start tracking your order on the shipping agency’s website. Alternatively, you can login and visit the ‘My Account’ section to know your order status. Please provide an accurate email address if you would like to track your order.
  1. Please note: Creating an account, though not required, will facilitate the ability to track the package & orders.

PRICING POLICY

  1. The product prices listed are current and updated. However, these are subject to change without advance notice.
  2. All prices on this web site are processed in Indian Rupees and the prices are inclusive of all taxes. All orders are acknowledged at current pricing.
  3. We will bill at the price in effect, at the time of shipping.
  4. Our products are liable for GST in India.
  5. *Duties & Taxes for international orders are not included in your order, and are over and above any shipping and handling charges paid at checkout. Most countries charge duties on imported items which are levied at the time of port entry and they vary based on the destination country and the products imported. You (the customer) will need to pay the applicable duties and taxes directly to the shipping
    agency at the time of your order delivery after you receive an
    invoice by the shipping agent.

Payment

  1. For shipping within India: We accept major Credit Cards (including Mastercard, Visa & American Express) and also provide the option to
    pay using PayPal. PayPal is our third-party payment gateway. We also accept payments through UPI.

  3. The icons of the various payment gateways & UPI options belong to their respective companies & they have complete copyright over the same. Saanjh India does not assume any ownership or responsibility to the same & has used the icons merely for the education of the customer regarding the payment options offered on the website.

 

PAYMENT SECURITY

  1. All transactions at Saanjh India E-store are protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer).
  2. This is an assurance that we follow the best security practices adopted by major online vendor, where all payments are processed in real-time, for your security and immediate peace of mind.
  3. You can tell if your browser is in secure mode at “Checkout”, by looking for the padlock icon at the beginning of the address bar of your browser window.

 

CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

  1. Cancellations are only accepted before the order has been dispatched. If the order has been dispatched prior to cancellation request the order will be deemed valid.

  4. International Returns or Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions within 30 days of receipt of order (date as per as per shipper/carrier):
    Product doesn’t match the item in order confirmation
    Product is sold in a physically damaged condition
    Product has missing parts or accessories or manufacturing defect.

As a policy, we do not offer international returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

  1. If any of the scenarios mentioned in Point 3 above applies, then we are happy to make a return/exchange as per following:
  2. Return/exchange requests are subject to an inspection and checking by the Saanjh India Team.
  3. Kindly allow us 48-72 hours to perform a check once we receive the product details from you.
  4. Kindly allow us one to three weeks from the day you return your package, for your request to be processed. You will be contacted once your return/exchange is complete.
  5. Given the nature of our products, we reserve the sole discretion to provide the resolution to any situation as we deem fit. Each return or exchange request is handled on a case by case basis and we request you to get in touch with our team for prompt resolution.
  6. No refunds/exchanges would be given if the customer has provided wrong or incomplete shipping address, there are 3 failed delivery attempts by our shipping agency and/or the package is refused by the recipient.
  7. International Orders: if a customer refuses to pay the Duty as mandated by the respective country of shipment and doesn’t collect his/her order from the shipping agency, the brand will deduct complete shipping and return duty charges from the consignees order value while processing the respective refund.
  8. Before accepting delivery of any merchandise, please ensure that it is in good condition and has not been tampered with. In case you receive a package, which you believe was damaged in transit, please retain the original packaging (along with price tags, invoices, labels etc.) until we assign someone from our team to review it.
